Server log files: each time the website is accessed, data is collected by an automated system: browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, IP address, date and time of access, referrer, and pages visited. 5. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. To operate, it loads third-party resources: typefaces (Google Fonts), animation libraries (Cloudflare cdnjs) and, as a fallback, images from the Pexels CDN; when these resources load, those providers may process your IP address. RFP form submissions are processed on our own server and forwarded to us by email, with no third parties involved. Should an external form-processing provider be used in the future (e.g., Formspree Inc., USA), it would act as a processor and be disclosed in this policy.

6. Sharing of personal data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except: (a) with service providers who assist us in our operations (such as the hosting and form-processing providers mentioned above), and (b) where required by law or to protect our rights, in which case we may share information with the competent authorities.
